green courgettes

soft goat's cheese, fresh

shallots

Preparation method

  • Dice the courgette very finely (brunoise).
  • Chop the shallots very finely and fry in a hot frying pan for one minute.
  • Allow to cool and mix with the soft goat's cheese. Mix in the courgette.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a main dish with grilled lamb's meat and aubergine.
  • As a component in a starter with onion components, e.g. crispy onion rings and onion syrup.
