soft goat's cheese, fresh |

Preparation method
- Dice the courgette very finely (brunoise).
- Chop the shallots very finely and fry in a hot frying pan for one minute.
- Allow to cool and mix with the soft goat's cheese. Mix in the courgette.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestions
- As a component in a main dish with grilled lamb's meat and aubergine.
- As a component in a starter with onion components, e.g. crispy onion rings and onion syrup.
