Ingredients

goat's cheese

date syrup

Preparation method

  • Chop the courgette into thin strips and, if you like, grill before using.
  • Fill the single portion mould with the courgette.
  • Drizzle over the date syrup.
  • Crumble the cheese on top, add some thyme, and season with pepper if needed.
  • Cover with a sheet of puff pastry.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Serving suggestions

  • It makes a fine basis for a vegetable dish.
  • You could also cut the tartlets into small slices for use as a vegetable garnish.
