Ingredients

cranberry juice

ruby red grapefruit juice

Preparation method

  • Bring the cranberry juice and sugar to the boil and allow the sugar to dissolve. Boil briefly, but do not reduce.
  • Add the grapefruit juice.
  • Pour into a tray or container in a thin layer and freeze.
  • Stir regularly with a fork or whisk during the freezing process.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert with vanilla or spiced ice cream.
  • As a sweet amuse-bouche or as a refreshing palate cleanser.
