Ingredients

cranberries, frozen

sugar

orange juice

white wine vinegar

 

 

salt

Preparation method

  • Add all the ingredients together and gently bring to the boil.
  • Reduce the sauce to the right consistency.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • Serve hot or cold.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with roast pork rib, roast beef, or roast chicken.
  • As a sauce with Yorkshire puddings and a lamb stew.
  • As an addition to a pâté, terrine, or charcuterie.
