cranberry coulis

water

xanthan gum

Preparation method

  • Mix the cranberry coulis with the water and the xanthan gum.
  • Use a hand-held blender to dissolve the xanthan gum.
  • Churn into a sorbet using an ice cream machine or Pacojet.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component of a dessert with orange and vanilla components.
  • As a component of a dessert such as orange panna cotta.
