organic white vinegar

red wine

Preparation method

  • Lightly crush the cranberries and divide them between clean bottles or jars.
  • Pour over the white vinegar and the wine.
  • Cover the bottles or jars with a piece of cheesecloth and an elastic band. This will keep out any dust but allow oxygen into the bottles or jars.
  • Store in a dark place for at least three weeks.

Serving suggestions

  • As a basic ingredient for a dressing.
  • As a basic ingredient for a cordial concentrate. Reduce with about 20% glucose syrup.
