fresh cream cheese

 

 

zest of 1 salted lemon

Ras el Hanout

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the salted lemon zest.
  • Stir the fresh cream cheese until loose and mix with the lemon and Ras el Hanout.
  • Season to taste with salt. 

Serving suggestions

  • Serve on a roll or sandwich in combination with different smoked fish.
  • Serve on a roll or sandwich in combination with cooked ham or lamb’s ham.
