egg white, pasteurised

As needed:

 

granulated sugar

Preparation method

  • Beat the egg whites and coat the grapes with the beaten egg white.
  • Coat them with the sugar.
  • Set aside in the refrigerator to form a crust.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with Greek yoghurt or 'hangop'.
  • As a component in a composition with white chocolate and lime.
  • Delicious with butter, vanilla, and caramel.
