Cucumber marinated in saltwater
The salt in the 'sea water' enhances the taste of the cucumber. By dissolving the salt in water, the cucumber will remain juicy.

Preparation method
- Prepare saltwater using 3.4% salt. In other words, for use 34 grams of salt for every litre of water.
- Wash the mini cucumbers and marinate them in the saltwater overnight.
- Cut them into the desired shape.
Serving suggestions
- As part of a composition, e.g. with olive, oyster and cucumber components.
- As part of an amuse-bouche, e.g.with crispy quinoa and tzatziki.
- Use in a composition with components of mackerel, tomato, and couscous.
