Ingredients

ground turmeric

ground cardamom

tbsp

freshly-ground white pepper

ground cloves

tbsp

ground coriander seed

ground cayenne pepper

tbsp

ground caraway seed

Preparation method

  • Toast all the spices briefly in a dry frying pan.
  • Mix everything together well.
  • Taste and add more of some of the ingredients to taste if desired.
  • Store in an air-tight container until needed. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a flavour element in a variety of dishes.
