sea lettuce, fresh, finely chopped

Preparation method

  • Use all the ingredients to make a bread dough and let it rise.
  • Roll out the dough thinly in the pasta machine.
  • Cut circles from the dough and deep fry at 160°C to create lovely crispy bread rolls.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve the bread with a citrus or soya butter.
  • Serve the bread with a sea lettuce caviar.
