Preparation method

  • Clean the garlic and cut into thin slices.
  • Blanch the garlic in milk for approx. 30 seconds and immediately rinse with cold water.
  • Repeat another two times.
  • Pat the garlic dry and gently deep-fry in soybean oil at 160°C.
  • Allow to drain on paper and sprinkle with a little salt.

Serving suggestions

  • Use as part of a savoury dish, e.g. a crunchy topping on a lacquered duck breast.
  • As a component in a salad.
