Ingredients

As needed:

 

ginger, fresh

 

 

salt

Preparation method

  • Peel and julienne the ginger into strips of the same size.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels and sprinkle over the salt.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish for starters, entremets, and main courses such as glazed duck breast.
  • As chips served with a soya and spring onion dip.
  • As a crispy garnish in a salad.
