Ingredients

grape seed oil

Preparation method

  • Put the dill and the grape seed oil into a thermo blender and blend for 20 seconds at high speed.
  • Next, cook for 5 minutes at 80°C at setting 6.
  • Strain through a coffee filter to obtain a clear product.

Alternative:

  • Put the dill and the grape seed oil into a blender and blend for 50 seconds at high speed.
  • Pour into a saucepan and allow to slowly separate over a low heat.
  • Strain through a coffee filter to obtain a clear product.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious in combination with components of salmon, crème fraîche, and pickles.
  • Tasty drizzled onto razor clams served with shallots and seaweed.
  • Combines marvellously with lamb, aubergine, and tahini.
