Preparation method
- Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend to a fine powder.
- Store the dry rub in an air-tight container in a dry and cool place.
- Evenly cover the spare ribs with the rub and marinate for at least twelve hours.
- Rinse off the rub with cold water before cooking in an oven or on the barbecue.
Serving suggestions
- As a marinade for spare ribs of pork, goat, lamb, etc.
