Preparation method

  • Cut the duck breasts into pieces.
  • Season with the gyros spice.
  • Place the meat on skewers and cook slowly on the Big Green Egg.
  • Cut the meat into gyros strips.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve in mini-pita breads with tzatziki and little gem lettuce.
  • As part of a salad with crisp iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and a yoghurt dressing.
