Preparation method

  • Lightly beat the duck liver pâté with the cream.
  • Add a few drops of cherry balsamic vinegar to taste and season with salt and pepper. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a spread on rustic crusty bread with smoked duck breast, lamb’s ear lettuce, and onion confiture.
