fruit purée, flavour of your choice



Gellan, Texturas



Liquorice-flavoured sugar

Preparation method

  • Cook the fruit purée and the Gellan for half a minute.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mould of your choice.
  • Once the jelly has cooled, loosen it from the mould and roll or press the jellies into the liquorice-flavoured sugar.

Serving suggestions

  • These jellies are a component by themselves. Serve with tea or coffee.
  • Can also be made as a recipe for pâte de fruits.
