Ingredients

Preparation method
- Wash the apricots in warm water and pat dry.
- Pour boiling water in the preserving jar and pour it out again.
- Put the apricots, split vanilla pod, and orange peel in the preserving jar.
- Pour over the brandy and put the lid on the jar.
- Set aside for at least six months, and turn it regularly.
Serving suggestions
- You can use them in a game sauce or compote.
- As a garnish for pancakes.
- As a basic ingredient for a cocktail.
