Earthy carrots with white truffle

This is a classic cooking technique which makes you appreciate the precision of craftsmanship. Nowadays, you can buy all sorts of baby vegetables but these are often staggeringly expensive. Although turning vegetables is quite a challenging task, once you become skilled at it you'll be able to create great results in a short space of time. The scraps can be used for a variety of other dishes and components. Here we have combined carrots with the essence of white truffle. This is a fantastic combination that enhances the carrots' earthy flavour.
