Preparation method

  • Preheat the oven to 80˚C.
  • Thinly spread the miso onto baking paper and dry in the oven for two hours.
  • Allow the miso to cool then grind to a fine powder using a coffee grinder or spice mill.
  • Mix the salt with the miso powder.
  • Blanche the edamame beans for five minutes.
  • Sprinkle over the miso salt and serve immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • As a snack.
  • As a component in a composition with tuna.
