red wine vinegar

Preparation method

  • Stir all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.
  • Spread out thinly on a silicon sheet and bake in an oven at 140°C until crunchy.
  • Store in an air-tight container.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish for dressing a dessert, e.g. with vanilla ice cream, fresh figs, and balsamic syrup.
  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with mascarpone, fresh figs, and caramel.
