red sweet pepper, julienne (skin removed)

red onion, julienne

jalapeño pepper, finely chopped

Preparation method

  • Fry the flank steak medium rare in a pan heated to a high heat.
  • Fry the red sweet pepper, red onion, and jalapeño in a little olive oil.
  • Grill the wrap on a water grill and fill with the meat and vegetables.
  • Place the cheddar on top and tightly roll the wrap.
  • Place the filled wrap in the oven for two minutes.
  • Cut the wrap into four slices and serve.

Serving suggestions

  • Sweetcorn or tomato can be added to the filling.
  • Serve with guacamole or a tomato relish.
