Fried avocado with ponzu
In this preparation, the avocado is glazed with the ponzu.

Preparation method
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and peel.
- Season lightly with salt.
- Briefly pan-fry the avocado in a hot pan.
- Deglaze the pan with the ponzu and allow it to glaze the avocado.
Serving suggestions
- As a basis for cold starters with marinated or smoked salmon, prawns, tuna, goat's cheese, feta, and tomato.
- As a basis for an amuse-bouche with lime, goat's cheese, green herbs, or radish.
