Preparation method

  • Cut the garlic in half horizontally.
  • Pour the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic halves.
  • Heat the oil and gently fry the garlic until golden brown.
  • The garlic can be incorporated in a mousseline or used to flavour dishes.

Serving suggestions

  • As a flavour enhancer in a potato and leek soup.
  • Drizzle a few drops in a chive and Asanga cress bouillon.
  • As a basis for a yoghurt and garlic dressing.
