gelatin leaves

ml

elderflower syrup

750

ml

orange juice

Preparation method

  • Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  • Heat the elderflower syrup and dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.
  • Add the orange juice and stir well.
  • Fill silicone sphere moulds with the liquid.
  • Place in the freezer and freeze solid

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with orange, white chocolate, and almond.
  • As a component in a composition with grapefruit, rhubarb, and vanilla.
  • Delicious in a composition with strawberry and white chocolate.
