Obulato paper (transparent, edible sheets of Japanese origin)

 As needed

 

salt

rice oil or peanut oil 

Preparation method

  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Lay the Obulato sheets on it.
  • Mix together the beaten egg white, garam masala, and a little salt.
  • Spread the garam masala mixture onto the Obulato sheets.
  • Dry in a drying oven at 60°C.

Serving suggestions

  • As a crispy component in a variety of starters.
  • As a snack with an aperitif.
