Preparation method
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Lay the Obulato sheets on it.
- Mix together the beaten egg white, garam masala, and a little salt.
- Spread the garam masala mixture onto the Obulato sheets.
- Dry in a drying oven at 60°C.
Serving suggestions
- As a crispy component in a variety of starters.
- As a snack with an aperitif.
