Ingredients

chives, finely chopped |

Preparation method
- Beat the butter in a planetary mixer until white.
- Add the chives and garlic and mix thoroughly.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- You could pipe the butter, roll it up, or press it into a mould as in this recipe.
Serving suggestions
- As a spread for bread.
- As a flavour enhancer in potato and vegetable purée.
- As a flavour enhancer in vegetable dishes.
- As a garnish or sauce on pan-fried meat or fish.
