Surprisingly sweet and refreshing, without any sugar added. Ideal in various combinations or as a basic ingredient in other recipes.

Preparation method

  • Rinse the grapes and put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  • Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a pickling jar and leave to cool.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert, (e.g. with miniature pancakes ('poffertjes')).
  • As a component in a cheese dish, e.g. with ravioli of Gouda cheese and a blue cheese cream.
  • This mixture can also be used as the basic ingredient for a sorbet.
