Grape sorbet ice
Delicious, refreshing sorbet ice made from white or blue grapes.

Recipe makes 1600 milliliters.

Preparation method
- Put the grapes through a juicer and collect the juice. This will produce around 300ml juice.
- Add the fleur d’oranger and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to freeze in the freezer or an ice cream machine
Serving suggestions
- Delightful served as a spoom.
- As a component in a refreshing dessert with dark chocolate, apples and citrus fruit.
- Perfect with yoghurt, merengue and lime.
