fleur d’oranger

Muscato d'Asti

Preparation method

  • Put the grapes through a juicer and collect the juice. This will produce around 300ml juice.
  • Add the fleur d’oranger and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow to freeze in the freezer or an ice cream machine

Serving suggestions

  • Delightful served as a spoom.
  • As a component in a refreshing dessert with dark chocolate, apples and citrus fruit.
  • Perfect with yoghurt, merengue and lime.
