Greek yoghurt

ml

whipping cream

sugar water

Preparation method

  • Mix the Greek yoghurt with the whipping cream and the sugar water and transfer to a siphon.
  • Aerate with one charger and refrigerate for a few hours.

Serving suggestions

  • Add to a dessert just before serving, e.g. with red fruit or a mango and honey salad.
  • For a simple dessert amuse-bouche: fill the bottom part of a small glass with superior-quality muesli, nuts, freeze-dried and fresh fruit. Top with the foam just before serving.
  • Use in a composition with components of chocolate, blueberries, and elderflower.
