Preparation method

  • Pick and rinse your selected types of lettuce and/or salad greens in plenty of cold water.
  • Dry them in your salad spinner.
  • Select pieces of the desired sizes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the dressing, pepper, and salt.
  • Serve immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a salad buffet.
  • As part of a cold starter or combined salad.
  • Variation tip: replace the French dressing with another dressing, such as a fennel and Chardonnay dressing, a shallot dressing, a lime dressing, a honey and mustard dressing, or a Riesling dressing.
