Preparation method

  • Coat the corn with butter all round and wrap in aluminium foil.
  • Cook on a barbecue at 150°C for approx. 40 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a barbecue menu, as a vegetable side dish.
  • As a basic ingredient for further preparation, e.g. a grilled corn cream.
