Preparation method
- Coat the corn with butter all round and wrap in aluminium foil.
- Cook on a barbecue at 150°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Serving suggestions
- As part of a barbecue menu, as a vegetable side dish.
- As a basic ingredient for further preparation, e.g. a grilled corn cream.
