Grilled lemon

This is an excellent preparation method for concentrating and intensifying the flavour of lemons. The sugars caramelise and part of the moisture will evaporate in the oven, causing the flavours to become even more concentrated. Grilled lemon is a lovely accompaniment to flat fish fried à la meuniere.
