Preparation method

  • Peel the mango.
  • Cut away the flesh from the stone and cut into neat strips. Use the rest of the mango to make coulis.
  • Lightly coat the mango strips with peanut oil and grill on a hot grill or grill pan.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a starter.
  • As part of a main dish, e.g. with duck or poultry.
  • As part of a dessert.
