baby potatoes

olive oil

Maldon salt

Preparation method

  • Wash the baby potatoes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Slice into the potatoes every millimetre across the width. Cut as deeply as possible without cutting through the new potatoes. 
  • Place the baby potatoes in an oven dish and rub in well with olive oil.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. The cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition with components of duck, red cabbage, and tea.
  • In a composition with components of carrot, pork, and red chilli pepper.
  • In a composition with components of celeriac, cod, and algae.
