Hazelnut and yuzu vinaigrette

Yuzu is a citrus fruit from Japan and is also widely used there. The fresh yuzu fruit is hardly available here, but there are various brands of juice sold in bottles. Together with the lime juice, this makes an excellent substitute for the traditional vinegar in a vinaigrette.
