Preparation method

  • Allow the butter to come up to room temperature.
  • Beat the butter in a planetary mixer until white.
  • Roast the hazelnuts in the oven until golden brown and set aside to cool.
  • Finely chop the hazelnuts and mix with the butter.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

Serving suggestions

  • As a flavour enhancer in potato dishes.
  • As a flavour enhancer in vegetable dishes such as celeriac and Jerusalem artichoke.
  • As a garnish or sauce on pan-fried meat or fish.
