Preparation method

  • Preheat the smoker ot 90°C.
  • Smoke the mushrooms for 20 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • Add to a stock, mayonnaise, or duxelles.
  • Ideal as part of a salad.
  • As a cocktail snack.
