Ingredients

g

white beans (haricot beans), cooked

tbsp

tahini (sesame seed paste)

1

clove

garlic

1

tsp

caraway, ground

2

tbsp

oil

1

 

lemon, juice and zest

As needed:

 

salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Put the beans, the tahini, the garlic, the ground caraway, and the oil in a food processor and process to form a paste.
  • Add the other ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • With toast or bruschetta, accompanying aperitifs.
  • As a component in a starter, for instance with a raw vegetable salad or other vegetable preparations.
