Ingredients

Preparation method
- Drain the chickpeas but keep the liquid.
- Blend the chickpeas with two tablespoons of the liquid until smooth.
- Add the garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, coriander, and tahini and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Gradually pour in the olive oil.
- Add the cumin and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestions
- As a spread on toasted bread or bruschetta.
- Serve on a roll or sandwich in combination with smoked or cooked chicken.
- Serve on a roll or sandwich in combination with pulled pork.
