Preparation method

  • Run the grapes through the juicer, the yield of the juice should be around 750 milliliters.
  • Then run the chilli pepper through the juicer.
  • Add some red chilli juice to the grape juice to taste and bind with xantana.

Serving suggestions

  • Makes an exciting combination with goat's cheese or as a dressing for chutney alongside cheese.
  • Use in a composition with components of sole, potato, and parsley.
  • Delicious with capers, olives, and lemon.
