Preparation method

  • Run the grapes through the juicer.
  • Then run the chilli pepper through the juicer.
  • Add some red chilli juice to the grape juice and bind with xantana.

Serving suggestions

  • Makes an exciting combination with goat's cheese or as a dressing for chutney alongside cheese.
