Preparation method
- Briefly blanch the kale and chill in iced water.
- Dry the kale in a drying machine or in an oven at 50°C.
- Finely grind the kale in a blender.
- Sieve the powder.
- Deep-fry the crackers and place on kitchen paper once fried.
- Dust the crackers evenly with the kale powder.
Serving suggestions
- Serves as an amuse-bouche with roasted onion cream and smoked sausage.
