Preparation method

  • Briefly blanch the kale and chill in iced water.
  • Dry the kale in a drying machine or in an oven at 50°C.
  • Finely grind the kale in a blender.
  • Sieve the powder.
  • Deep-fry the crackers and place on kitchen paper once fried.
  • Dust the crackers evenly with the kale powder.

Serving suggestions

  • Serves as an amuse-bouche with roasted onion cream and smoked sausage.
