Korean chilli paste (gochujang)

sheets of rice paper

 

 

garnish (cucumber, bean sprouts, red chilli pepper, herbs)

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the eye of round to tartare.
  • Combine all other ingredients with the tartare.
  • Briefly soak the rice paper in cold water.
  • Tightly roll the tartare and the garnishes of your choice in the rice paper.
  • Cut into slices.

Serving suggestions

  • As an amuse-bouche with miso mayonnaise and components of bean sprouts.
  • Served as a starter with components of cucumber, white radish, citrus, ginger, radish, etc.
