garlic, finely chopped

red chilli pepper, finely chopped

Preparation method

  • First, prepare the dressing by mixing together the fish sauce, water, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, and red chilli pepper. 
  • Braise the kale in the Korean dressing until done.
  • Lastly, add a small knob of butter and serve immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • As a vegetable garnish or side dish.
