Preparation method

  • Set the temperature of the barbecue to 300°C.
  • Cut the langoustines in half lengthwise.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and roast on the barbecue.
  • Mix the dashi, sesame seed and finely chopped coriander, and garnish the langoustines with this mixture.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious with a slice of focaccia.
  • Also combines excellently with coconut rice and a fresh salad.
