An exceedingly simple recipe for a nice frozen yoghurt. Keeps well and remains very smooth and easy to scoop.

Preparation method

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Churn in a Pacojet at -8°C to make an ice cream. 

Serving suggestions

  • Pairs well with red fruits, citrus fruit green herbs.
  • For a variation, replace the ordinary yoghurt with goat's milk yoghurt.
  • Use in a composition with components of mango, vanilla, and chocolate.
