powdered porcini

vanilla pod

milk chocolate

Preparation method

  • Boil the lentils in water without salt until done.
  • Strain in a fine sieve and blend into a purée.
  • Measure out 200 grams of the lentil purée and mix with the cream, powdered porcini, and marrow from the vanilla pod.
  • Bring the purée to the boil and stir well while heating it.
  • Pour the hot purée onto the chocolate.
  • Mix until you have a smooth mixture and cool.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert with coconut, avocado, and coffee components.
  • Delicious served with pineapple components.
  • Serve in combination with other chocolate components, and coffee and blueberry components.
