Ingredients

mango, unripe

tbsp

coriander, fresh, finely chopped

tbsp

ginger, julienned

1

 

coconut, fresh, ground

1

 

lime

Preparation method

  • Peel the mango and grate it on the mandoline.
  • Mix the ginger and coriander, and grate some lime zest over.
  • Mix in the lime juice and add salt to taste.
  • When ready to serve, sprinkle with freshly grated coconut.

Serving suggestions

  • As a salad.
  • As a component in a dish with grilled fish.
  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with coconut components.
