Preparation method

  • Boil the water, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and coriander seed.
  • Allow to cool entirely.
  • With a tiny melon baller, make small pearls from the radish.
  • Place them with an appropriate amount of marinade in a vacuum bag, and vacuum seal.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with avocado, crab, apple, or quinoa.
  • As part of a light salad.
  • As a side dish.
