Preparation method
- Boil the water, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and coriander seed.
- Allow to cool entirely.
- With a tiny melon baller, make small pearls from the radish.
- Place them with an appropriate amount of marinade in a vacuum bag, and vacuum seal.
Serving suggestions
- As a component in a composition with avocado, crab, apple, or quinoa.
- As part of a light salad.
- As a side dish.
